Return Eligibility: We accept returns of unworn clothing items, provided they have the original tags, are in clear garment packaging, and include the SKU label. Please note, we do not offer exchanges.

Return Window:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date your order is delivered (as indicated by tracking information).
  • Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your return request to qualify for a full refund.
  • For orders delivered in multiple packages, the return window begins from the delivery date and time of the final package.

Non-Refundable Items: All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee: Orders not meeting the above return criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.

Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged items.

Processing Your Return:

  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive your returned package for processing.
